第一条 公司性质：依据《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》的规定，本公司成立时间为2021年9月1日。
第二条 组织结构：公司设有董事会，由总经理担任董事长；设有监事会，由经理担任监事。各相关部门负责人分别设立相应的监事会成员，并受总经理委托在规定范围内行使监事职责。
第三条 法定代表人和授权代表：
（一）公司的法定代表人是总经理； （二）公司设立的销售部、研发部等机构应设立其法定代表人或指定代理人，由总经理担任法定代表人或指定代理人；
第四条 监督机制：
1. 各部门需根据国家法律法规，建立健全内部监督机制，加强对全体员工的安全生产、质量管理和安全管理工作的指导和支持。
